    Youth Programme

Youth delegates join the Main Programme at the Auditorium della Conciliazione.

This Summit begins from a simple conviction. Peace in the age of artificial intelligence depends far more on us than on our machines: on the quality of attention, judgement and care that human beings are willing to bring to the technology they build. Nobel Laureates sit alongside scientists, philosophers, technologists, policymakers, artists and young people to ask what it means to remain fully human as our tools grow more capable, and how we keep human judgement awake at the threshold where human agency and machine capability meet.

One thread runs through the whole programme: agency, the human capacity to choose with awareness and conscience, to engage where engagement serves life and to hold back where it does not. The three days move from framing, to dialogue, to legacy, converging on the Final Declaration on AI and on a wider body of Calls to Action and the Summit Book.

How the programme works

The Plenary opens up complexity. The Thematic Track investigates it. The Sparkling Discussion works through it. The Peace Telling brings it back to lived experience.

Plenary
An open, high-level conversation among several voices from different fields, guided by an external moderator.
Thematic Track
A focused conversation chaired by a Nobel Laureate, in which two or three complementary experts address one precise question.
Art & Peace
Short artistic interventions and installations placed between sessions, making the relation between human and machine perceptible.
Peace Telling
A short solo moment in which a Nobel Peace Laureate begins with something real, an object, a person, a place or a memory, and closes by handing the audience one responsibility to carry forward.
Sparkling Discussion
An invitation-only working session: one precise question, short provocations, a facilitated expert discussion and a final Call to Action.
Youth Programme
Leading by Example: the intergenerational strand of the Summit, with workshops, encounters with Nobel Laureates and the Final Youth Declaration.
